Application process instructions
The selection procedure will be based on four steps:
1. Reception of all applications and selection of a short list of candidates based on the
documentation presented.
2. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to a remote interview.
3. Final evaluation of candidates.
4. Enrollment following the UCA application procedure.
The following documents will be asked:
Motivation Letter (max 2 pages)
Declaration to fulfill ESR Eligibility criteria of the Marie-Sklodowska Curie programme
Two reference contacts (Name, Surname, Role, Organization, Email). Reference
contacts might be contacted to by the Organization/Company to provide a reference
letter.
A CV in European format (see Europass).
A copy of a valid ID document (passport or other);
Copies of educational certificates and transcript of records (course transcripts). These
copies might be asked for in all steps of the evaluation.
Furthermore, in some cases, additional requirements (e.g. internationally recognized English
language qualifications achieved) and/or selection procedures based on local regulations might
be applied (please refer to the single ESR Information Sheet or ask the reference person of the
corresponding institution).
Statement regarding data protection
You share your information with us for the sole purpose of assessing the requirements for the
selection process regarding the present ESR position. We respect that information, and we are
careful to comply with our obligations under data protection laws while processing your
application, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. Your data
will not be disclosed to any third party, other than the ESR selection committee defined by the
organization/company you are applying to. You have the right to obtain without undue delay:
the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you (art. 16 of the GDPR); the erasure
of personal data concerning you (art. 16 of the GDPR); right to obtain restriction of processing
