custom-made CPU/GPU cluster configurations already existing in the laboratory. Intensive
computation will be performed in larger clusters available at UCM (EOLO and BRIGIT) or in
MareNostrum after asking for commissioned time. The UCM group is habitual user of these
facilities, which will provide know-how and facilitate success in the applications for
beamtime/computation time.

Ubicación: planta 4.ª del pabellón 5 de la Facultad de Medicina.
800 m2 equipped for biochemistry, cell biology and molecular biology, including state of-the-art
technology such as Odyssey, Elispot (2008), Gammacell Irradiator (2007) and FACSCalibur flow
cytometer.
Central facilities include a research administration office, physical and online central library with free
reprint request, informatics, genomics (qPCR, sequencing, microarrays), proteomics, flow cytometry,
confocal microscopy, animal facilities, electronic microscopy, and free poster service, among others.
