FOURTH. In the case of being a national of another State (country) different to Spain, I have
not be disqualified or in an equivalent situation, nor have been subjected to disciplinary sanction or equivalent that prevents in my State (country), in the same terms, access to public
employment. I also meet the degree requirements and the remaining requirements specified
in the job profile.
FIFTH. Comply with the requirements established in article 21.a) of Law 14/2011, of June 1,
in order to be able to enter into a predoctoral contract or, failing that, be able to meet the
requirements at the time of formalizing the contract, expressly declaring that one is not in
possession of the title of Doctor, from any Spanish or foreign university.
