8. COMPROBACIONES DE LA ADMINISTRACIÓN | ADMINISTRATION'S CHECKS
De acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el artículo 28.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, el artículo 33 de la Ley 5/2022, de 25 de noviembre, y artículo 95.1.k) de
la Ley 58/2003, de 17 de diciembre, las administraciones públicas podrán recabar o verificar los datos que a continuación se relacionan. Si manifiesta su
oposición a que se efectúe dicha comprobación, deberá indicarlo marcando la casilla correspondiente y aportando en cada caso el documento solicitado.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 28.2 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, Article 33 of Law 5/2022, of 25 November, and Article 95.1.k) of Law
58/2003, of 17 December, the public administrations may request or verify the data listed below. If you express your opposition to this verification being
carried out, you must indicate this by ticking the corresponding box and providing the document requested in each case.

ME OPONGO a que la Secretaría General de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación consulte y verifique de otros organismos públicos el título de Doctor
o Doctora, expedido en territorio español, APORTANDO por ello la correspondiente copia del título.
I OBJECT to the General Secretariat for Science, Technology and Innovation to consult and verify the title of Doctor, issued in Spanish territory, from
other public bodies, PROVIDING therefore the corresponding copy of the title.
ME OPONGO a que la Secretaría General de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación consulte y verifique de otros organismos públicos los datos de
reconocimiento de condición de persona con discapacidad, para certificados expedidos en territorio español, APORTANDO por ello el certificado
oficial que acredita un grado de discapacidad igual o superior al 33%.
I OBJECT that the General Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation to consult and verify from other public bodies the data of recognition of
the condition of disabled person, for certificates issued in Spanish territory, PROVIDING therefore the official certificate that accredits a degree of
disability equal to or greater than 33%.

certificate accrediting compliance with tax obligations with the State Treasury, PROVIDING the corresponding certificate.
NO AUTORIZO a la Secretaría General de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación a que se solicite y recabe de oficio de otros organismos públicos el
certificado acreditativo del cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias con la Seguridad Social, APORTANDO por ello el certificado
correspondiente.
